The new knife series MagicGrip has been developed in cooperation with professionals working in the meat industry and improved through intensive on-road tests until it has been brought into production. This series has been especially designed for the daily and concentrated deboning in the meat industry and butcher shops.
One feature is the unique handle, for all hand-sizes and cuts and it is also ideal for people wearing gloves. Due to the handle’s run and form easy working without fatigue is provided. High safety and precise guidance are permitted by the distincitve hollows for the fingers. The two recesses in the front of the handle serve as support during deboning, carving, butchering and cutting and secure the grip when removing the rind. The two at the end of the handle provide an intuitionally perfect grip and position of the knife in your hand. The unique haptic of the handle allows a speedy and save changing of the grip and, therefore, increases the production.
Like all F. Dick butcher knives also the new line MagicGrip features safety and hygiene. Only knives and tools with plastic handles are allowed in the meat industry. However, it is not guaranteed that only tools that are hyginically impeccable after cleaning are used. Soft plastic handles carry the inherent danger of abrasion. Small particles could get into the foodstuff. Due to the special plastic which is used for the production of the handle of the MagicGrip series no abrasion occurs. The special production process ensures that the knives are seamless between blade and handle and, therefore, avoides that residues settle into the gaps. The MagicGrip line has also received the American seal of qualtiy NSF
The boning knives are available with two different blade sizes either flexible, semi-flexible or stiff blades, curved or straight. The items of this series are produced with handles in colors luminous green or yellow or black. Available at specialized dealers.
