Day two has gone fine with all pre-comp organizing complete. A few organizational changes, which is to be expected and nothing we can't cope with, at the end of the day all teams are in the same boat and no one is disadvantaged as such because of it.
All briefing's have been attended so all team's, competitors and judges are all on the same page when it comes to rules, regulations etc.....
The remaining teams arrived today, along with hoards of delegates for the World Chefs Congress, so down town Daejeon was pretty busy this evening with people catching up, FB friends meeting for the first time etc... But everyone is looking forward to proceedings officially starting tomorrow.
The team members spent the best part of the day foraging for final bits, the fish markets here were really interesting and i enjoyed the journey through them. Had one vendor at a market try to rip us off, BUT he hadn't figured on the Miller factor and I think he's still trying to figure out what happened, but I got the stuff we needed at a price that was right, for us anyway.
Tomorrow (Tues) Neil and I take on our official judging roles within the IFK Culinary Challenge and the team will spend the day at Woo Song University doing their prep work for Wednesdays competition slot.
