NZ Culinary Team in Korea Part II Day two has gone fine with all pre-comp organizing complete. A few organizational changes, which is to be expected and nothing we can't cope with, at the end of the day all teams are in the same boat and no one is disadvantaged as such because of it.
NZ Culinary Team in Korea Part I After months of preparation and training, the culinary team assembled in Auckland on April 27th in preparation for an early departure on 28th headed to Daejeon, South Korea for the IFK Culinary Challenge and team members Francky Godinho and Claire Nickel competing in the World Final of the WACS Global Chefs Challenge.
