Ham / salmon slicers

Whether it's Serano, Iberico or Parma ham: the flexible blade of the ham slicer glides effortlessly, easily and safely through the ham. The easy guiding of the knife blade makes it easier to cut wafer thin and delicious ham slices as the taste of ham only comes into its own when the slices are thin. The flexible blade rests directly on the bone and ideally separates the best meat from the bone. Salmon knives - as their name suggest - are used for the preparation of salmon. The knife is the ideal tool for separating the skin from the flesh of fish and for cutting it into wafer thin slices. Ham slicers and salmon knives are both fitted with a special kullenschliff. The air cushions in the scallops reduce the adhesion of food to the blade.
