Filleting Knives

As the name suggests, the filleting knife is mainly used for filleting (or also trimming) meat and fish. The thin, fine and flexible blade is available in 18 cm and 21 cm lengths. The knife enables the quick and easy filleting of fish and meat and the removal of skin and bones. Fillets look as they should thanks to the sharp, slender blade: appetising and precisely cut. The flexible blade adapts ideally to the food being cut and can, for example, be guided closely along the skin so that you do not remove too much and too little.
