The forged boning knife from the activecut pure series is ideally suited for extracting bones and removing fat and tendons. With its slender and flexible blade, the knife is guaranteed to adapt to the food and enables you to remove neither too much, nor too little of the delicious meat. As you remove fat and tendons, the knife sits comfortably in your hand thanks to the ergonomically shaped handle and is also seamlessly connected to the blade. The half bolster enables you to use and resharpen the blade completely up to the end of the cutting edge – ideally of course with a F. DICK sharpening steel. The blade made of X50CrMoV15 steel with a balanced hardness of 56 HRC combines edge retention and easy resharpening. Made in Germany – Friedr. Dick quality.
