The Superior series was designed for professional as well as domestic use. A classic design with handle rivets and the lightweight design produce a knife that is safe to use. With the Superior knife series, Friedr. Dick has succeeded in perfectly combining a modern knife in shape and functionality with a traditional handle design with three rivets. Seamless handle with optical rivets
The continuous steel from blade to handle ensures a high degree of stability. The steel consists of a X50CrMoV15 high-quality alloy. These components ensure lasting edge retention and a long life time with the appropriate toughness and high corrosion resistance. Polish honing of the knife edges with a smooth cutting edge makes them even sharper, even faster, even better. The food to be cut is cut through exactly and not “sawed” or even squashed; this means that valuable flavours remain in the cut food.
The handle – perfected in volume and shape by its ergonomic form – enhances the series. The knife fits perfectly in your hand, smooth and precise cutting becomes a reality and you can concentrate on what's important: your dishes. The knife’s hygiene is of particular importance in the professional kitchen. A special manufacturing process ensures that the blade and handle are firmly joined together without any gaps, making the knife perfectly hygienic.
All F. DICK knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Never clean your knife in the dishwasher. Ideally, you should clean the knife immediately after use with clear water and then dry it with a soft cloth.
