Elegibility and Privacy Requirements for Giveaways

Eligibility

•  Eligible are all Persons from the age of 18, excluding employees of Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co.KG or their relatives as well as employees of subsidiary companies of Friedr. Dick.
• Participants are exclusively responsible for the correctness of all details submitted. All personal details have to be submitted and have to be declared true.
• Each participant is eligible for a single participation in the same competition. Multiple participation is excluded.
• For competitions on our account f.dick_official (Instagram) or Friedr. Dick (Facebook), only persons residing in Germany and the EU are eligible to participate. Unless otherwise described in the competition.
• For competitions on our account f.dick_usa (Instagram) or Friedr. Dick Corp. (Facebook), only persons residing in USA are eligible to enter. Unless otherwise described in the competition.
• For competitions on our account f.dick_italia (Instagram) or Friedr. Dick Italia (Facebook), only residents of Italy are eligible to enter. Unless otherwise described in the competition.
• We reserve the right to exclude any individual infringing the conditions of participation from our competition and to not distribute prizes respectively deprive subsequently and ask for returning prizes.
• Competition on our facebook or instagram page are not connected to Facebook/Instagram and Facebook/Instagram does not sponsor, organzie or support the competition.
• The winner will be drawn from all participants.
• Advent Calendar: The winner will be drawn from all participants with correct answer to the competition question.  

Period of competition

• The entry dead line will be shown in the explanation of the competition.
• The recorded time of the submitted email will be the relevant time of participation.

Prize / Win

• The prize or win is explained in the description of the competition.

Disclaimer

• Each participant is free to recall their participation under pm@dick.de and to secure cancellation of their registered data and, therefore, retreat from their participation.

Privacy

• Personal data will only be used in relation to the competition.
• You have, at any time, the right to gain knowledge of the data stored, have it changed or deleted.
• Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

Donations

• Donations combined with a competition are limited to the amount of 2.000 €.

• By submitting the video, participants agree that the video will be published on our website and social media accounts. The person submitting the video is responsible for ensuring the consent of the person featured in the video.
