Santoku stands for “three virtues knife” – a term that is attributable to the versatility of the knife in cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The pointed end of the 18 cm long blade is used for decorating. With the DarkNitro series Friedr. Dick once again shows ultimate knife art. From the interaction of the unique blade optics with hammered finish and carbon look as well as the handle made of noble oak wood, unique knives are created. The forged knives are made of a martensitic, stainless and nitrogen-alloyed steel and have a high hardness of 61 HRC. Made in Germany.
