With the new interpretation of the AJAX blade shape, whose design dates back to the 1930s, we have once again succeeded in balancing tradition and modernity. The modern ‘Bauhaus’ style has already been the leading style from the 1920s onwards. The stylistic language and functionality are defining elements of the design. This is clearly reflected in the shaping and the clear line of our steak and table knife’s handle, with its emphasis on puristic industrial design.

But should the cutting edge nevertheless lose sharpness after some time, you can very easily resharpen the smooth cutting edge yourself. Simply use the same sharpening tool as you do for your chef’s knives.

The design of the fork follows the clear line and styling of the AJAX PURE METAL knife - here the focus is also on the purist industrial design.
