The 15 cm long blade made of X55CrMoV14 steel and a hardness of 56° HRC is designed for extreme sharpness and is ideal for re-sharpening with a F. DICK sharpening steel.

Handling your knives

All F. DICK knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Never clean your knife in the dishwasher.
