Das breite Klingenblatt und die geschwungene Schneide Deines AJAX eignen sich hervorragen zum Verarbeiten von Fleisch und Geflügel. Durch das praktische Loch in der Klinge kann das Messer problemlos aufgehängt werden und wird somit zu einem echten Hingucker in Deiner Küche. Wie alle unserer Red Spirit Messer ist auch das AJAX, Made in Germany und besonders bei Grillbegeisterten und Fleischliebhabern beliebt, die Charakter zeigen und Wert auf das Besondere legen. Inspiriert von der asiatischen Handwerkskunst besticht Dein Red Spirit AJAX zudem durch einen roten Kunststoffgriff mit einer außergewöhnlichen Haptik. Die 20 cm lange Klinge aus X50CrMoV15-Stahl und einer Härte von 56 HRC ist auf extreme Schärfe ausgelegt und eignet sich ideal zum Nachschärfen mit einem F. DICK Wetzstahl. Seinen Namen verdankt das AJAX übrigens der griechischen Mythologie, aus der bereits im Jahr 1930 Namen für die Spalter der Firma Friedr. Dick gewählt wurden.

We were inspired by Asia and played with the colour red as a symbol of the Asian sun goddess. In Asian countries such as Mongolia, China and South Korea, red stands for progress, happiness, prosperity and warmth. For us, the colour red also symbolises such concepts as spiciness, fire, heat, sensuality, love and passion. Exactly the right ingredients that make top-class cooking possible in the first place.

A good knife requires many work steps. Our Red Spirit knives go through numerous production steps at our Deizisau site before they are finished. Starting with the machining of the steel and right through to the finishing of the cutting edge, everything made in Germany – for the love of quality.

The blades are designed with an uncompromising eye for sharpness, which is why they are ground extra slim. Like all our knives, the Red Spirit series is made of high-alloy stainless steel, so you can take pleasure in the edge retention of your knives for years to come.

Handling your knives

All F. DICK knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Never clean your knife in the dishwasher.
